Automation of a PFAS Removal Container: Sustainable Drinking Water Treatment for Inopsys

OTmatic provided the complete automation and commissioning for a mobile containerized PFAS removal system designed to secure drinking water quality in Belgium. We delivered a fully integrated solution featuring automated chemical dosing, pressurization, and treatment stages.

The hardware and software stack consists of a Wago PLC for field control and Ignition SCADA for the operator interface and data handling. The server infrastructure is hosted on a Proxmox virtual environment. Following the software deployment, OTmatic also realized the commissioning of the container.
